Ravi is the CEO of Skilllens and focuses on product architecture and technology.
Ravi has over 30 years of experience in Strategy, Global Business Services, and Leadership Development.
In his last corporate stint, Ravindran worked as SVP and Head HR Business Management at First Abu Dhabi Bank, where he managed the HR Leadership Team, Integration Management Team, and Technology Integration team. Prior to this, he held key positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Nokia, Microsoft, and SPIC Electronics.
For over two decades, Ravi has been dedicated to advising and coaching senior leaders at global brands such as Schneider, L&T, and Piramal, among others.
Ravi holds a Corporate Secretaryship and a Law degree from Madras University and is a member of prestigious institutes such as the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), UK.
